where is the error coming from?
does it come while you load your key? or does it come while you're trying to
upload software?
2 different problems, 2 different remedies
the first problem requires one to regenerate a key
the second requires you to use the latest version of the configurator
on your help menu, go to About Configurator, and it'll tell you what version
you are using...
what version are you using?
if in doubt, contact your KarlNet reseller for support
your KarlNet reseller doesn't support you? you bought from the wrong
source...
