[Karlnet] WET11 SOHO CPW packaging

Is there any one that knew have to program a Linksys WET11 with the Karlnet 
softwere KNUW-3100-03?

Karlnet wrote in a manual:
"Obtain a parallel port dongle that can be connected from your laptop/PC to 
your hardware device (included as part of the SOHO CPE packaging)."

Do enyone know were to get this SOHO CPW packaging?

Have some hundred units to program and do not want to send every units to 
Karlnet and pay $15 and shiping.
