[Karlnet] [Karlnet} Ubicom TC units won't connect to AP

So far we have recieved 20 Ubicom TC uniits.
The first 10 worked great.
We have had problems with the second batch of 10.
About half of the second batch won't connect to some of our APs and the other 
half connect just fine.
All APs are ISP base, ver 4.43k, the chan and net ID are the same but I think 
that the APs that are in question are all Wave Point IIs and the APs we are not 
having problems with are AP1000s.
Any body else seeing this problem???
