The default gateway (on the radio) is not important in your case
(unless you want to communicate with the radio from a third network).
But the client stations have to have its default gateway configured
(to be able to reach the other subnet). It means stations in the
192.168.102.0/24 subnet should use 192.168.102.1 as a gateway etc.

what is the 'Default router IP'? Perhaps you mean the 'default
gateway' ??
