Thanks Kevin & Charles.  The IP address of the destination was incorrect.  I
took the default and didn't realize that I had taken that IP address down.
Doh!

Anyway...  The link is rock solid.  50db s/n ratio on both ends.

Ping Fill Test Settings:

Random packet size
Window Size: 500
Max Packets in Burst: 20
Seconds: 30

Max xfer rate:  5.333Mbps
Avg xfer rate:  4.157Mbps
Min round trip:  8.76ms
Max round trip:  1,805.38
No lost packets or errors.

Does this look typical of a solid connection?
