How many cards are in each and what are the addresses.

?
It sounds like you have one card in AP1 at your NOC on the same IP subnet as
your cisco router. The other is at a tower and has two cards; one for
backhaul (on the same IP subnet as your NOC) and one for clients (on the /25
subnet). You want to route between these nets. Correct?
