The Win-Test and CT file formats are not compatible, but it's easy to load
old logs with Win-Test since Win-Test *reads* (and writes) Cabrillo files.
And in theory you can use the cbr2ct program to convert Cabrillo files back
into CT format. See
http://software.ad1c.us/Cabrillo_to_CT/index.htm
But, what CT utilities do you need? The functions of many CT utilities like
fix_mine, merge, trunc_bin, chk_ten, ct2adif, etc. are already built in to
Win-Test itself.
