Even easier (if using CTWin on Windows and not CT for DOS on DOS) is to use
a USB flash drive and map it to drive A:
1. Insert USB flash drive
2. Start, Run, diskmgmt.msc
3. Right click on flash drive
4. Left click Change Drive Letter and Paths ...
5. Press [Change...] button
6. Assign the following drive letter: A
7. Press [OK]
