F-8, F-12 and Alt-U all bring up the "Partials" window. Master.Dat has
many calls and is in the correct folder.

He said he hit SHIFT-F8 and had Master.dta fiel residing in his directory
so maybe teh file is renamed woring from teh ZIP source or is mistakenly not in
his CT directory
where he runs program from
Take a look at the Master.dta file using Notepad or Wordpad etc and be sure U
see many calls in it !

If you don't have any contest entries, then Check Partial won't have
any matches. It only matches contest entries. F12 I believe is
Super Check Partial. What does the window title say?
