[ct-user] 10m contest dupes

I have been using CT Win version 10.03.002 for a couple years.
 
I noticed this weekend in the ARRL 10m contest that cluster spotted
stations that I had already logged were appearing in the alt A window.
When they were control arrowed to the call field they still did not show
up as a dupe.
 
I know this does not happen in the cqww and arrl dx contests.  Has
anyone else noticed this problem in the arrl 10m contest ?
