[ct-user] Where is Radio Amateur Callbook?

I did not receive my summer update edition of the Radio Amateur Callbook 
CD and by now I usually have my winter CD also.

I have been looking at their web site for the past few months and just 
see a page that says the shop is temporarily closed.
The home and back links go no where.

Has the RAC gone out of business?
