[ct-user] Re-compiling CT

I'm adding the Elecraft K3 to the CT startup menu today. This is first 
time I have compiled CT in over a year. I don't want to add any more new 
features, but if there are any "must fix" issues, I'll try to get them 
in. I'll release sometime in the next week so CQP uers can try it before 
the contest.
