[ct-user] SUPER PARTIAL

I am using CTWIN and have the MASTER.dta files in the same folder but I 
cannot get anything to come up in the Check Partial window when running 
CTWIN.  I know at one time there was a switch involved at startup but 
thought that had been eliminated.  What am I missing?  73 Mike K4PI
