[ct-user] k5zd DATABASE question

Can someone tell me HOW I should put the K5ZD callsign database into my CT?
What should I click on and where or how do I put it where it goes?
Appreciate the help- leaving for Nevis soon...
My CT is at C:\program files\K1EA software\CT win\CT win.exe
(using XP)
