Yes, Logger32 uses ALT-W as a hot key, but not to return to the logging
program, it is use to "wipe" the log windows, much in the same way as CT
does, in fact, I'm a member of the Logger32 Beta Testers team and Bob added
ALT-W as a way to quickly clear the log wind at my request, I'm so use to
ALT-W that I needed it in Logger32, I will check with Bob and see why
hitting ALT-W in CT while Logger32 is running causes CT to loose the focus
and sends it to Logger32.

Logger32 probably uses ALT-W as a "hot key" to get you back to the logging
program quickly. Look in the Logger32 program help to see if you can
disable this.
