Thanks to Jim, Bob and Dave.
As I mentioned if Logger32 and CT are running at the same time ALT-W stops
working but if Logger32 is not running ALT-W works as expected.

It worked the last time I tried it. Maybe you have CT key mapping file, or
a keyboard problem.
