[ct-user] CFG file and message keys

What are the names of the message F keys as used in the CT.CFG file? I 
know that the F1 message can be defined by "CQ:   insert message here". 
What about the other keys? F2 is Exchange:??? or something else. Where 
can I find some more details about CT.CFG file writing?
