Hello, comunication betwen PC and TNC it is possible to be at 9600, you
must check what is the speed from com port to your TNC3... EU packet radio networks works with speeds up to 1MBps... CT supports speed from PC to the TNC up to 57600, if your tnc communication speed is 115k try with jumpers some other lower speed! 73 de Patrik 9A5AEI ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike Brown" <k9mi@sbcglobal.net> To: "John Bednar" <k3ct@verizon.net> Cc: <ct-user@contesting.com>; "'Andreas Hahn'" <DL7ZZ@gmx.de> Sent: Thursday, January 20, 2005 1:47 PM Subject: Re: [ct-user] Packet Radio with CTWin10.02.003 Also, I may be living in the dark ages, but 19.2 sounds a bit fast for a tnc. I think I would try 9600 or even 4800. Unless I'm out of the loop really bad, you shouldn't be able to see any difference.
