Another suggestion box idea, a small one:
In pondering KD4D's demo of TRlog to me, versus the capabilities I'm already
using in CT, CT (with 2 computers networked) definitely has some advantages.
One thing that would help is what I'm calling "exchange pause." (e.g. in
Sweepstakes with the long exchange). This would enable me to hit a key or a
pair of keys and stop the exchange momentarily, like after the NR or "PREC,"
long enough to send a di-dah-di-di-dit on the second radio -- then unpause
the exchange and let the exchange continue. This would enable me to avoid
having 2 signals on the air, to alert someone who is answering on the second
radio to standby.
