[ct-user] Field Day Catagory F

Which file would I need to get an updated version of in order for CT to 
accept catagory F inputs for Field Day? How about section and catagory 
fields getting automatically filled in for stations already worked on 
other bands. How can I make that work? That is supposed to happen isn't it?
