[ct-user] CT data files updated - RAC.DAT and OFFICIAL.DAT

I have updated the "CT Data Files" web page:

	http://www.k1ea.com/dat/

RAC.DAT and OFFICIAL.RAC are now updated in ct-dat.zip

There is NO link on the "Download CT" page any more.  You must get the 
updated RAC files from the above URL only.

The date, time and size of the files are:

        6/26/2004  13:49             110  official.rac
        6/30/2004  21:12             481  rac.dat

I tested these very files with CT WIN 10.01.007 and they seem to work.  If 
you do NOT have these exact versions (especially RAC.DAT), then please 
download them.  If there are still problems, please let the reflector know.
