We had 8 computers from 486's to Pentiums running the latest DOS
version, all networked, no problems whatsoever. They're also a mix of
Win95 and Win98 with MSDOS.SYS modified so GUI will not boot. Wouldn't
dream of attempting it under Windows. 73, Tim, W2UI

Ditto. Same exact problem at our field day site.

Subject: [ct-user] Field Day Problem
Two of our stations had problems with CTWIN, latest version. After we had
logged a number of contacts, there was an illegal operation error and the
program closed. I rebooted the computer and tried again. Problem
reappeared on the next contact. Tried rebooting three times. We reverted
to version 9 on both computers. No problems thereafter.
