[ct-user] CT_TIME utlitly for version 10?

I have used this utility on version 9 w/o problems but it wouldn't work with 
the newer version 10x and I haven't been able to locate a new CT_TIME utility 
for 10x.  Does one exist?  I of course forgot to reset my computer clock prior 
to the contest this weekend and am now hosed.
