[ct-user] fix_mine for CT 10 released

Ken enhanced fix_mine so that it works on either version 9 or version 10 
logs.  You can download the file from:

Follow the Support Files link on the left to CT10 Support Files.

The .ZIP archive includes two files:

        FM10DOS.EXE - works under DOS
        fm10win.exe - works under Windows

I have asked him about MERGE for version 10, have not heard back yet.
