Ken, Bill & All,
I found that if a CW message such as (F-1) or (F-3) BEGINS with
the ( + ) command this problem occurred. If I put a ( ^ ) ahead of the +
(or just avoided the + altogether at the beginning) then there would be no
problems. I have had no other instances of CW speed problems using CT DOS.
