I normally never use the latest rev software but decided to since the latest version supports Orion. I seemed to have a strange keying problem when using CT's keyer on the LPT port to Orion. When I would change speed (either Alt F9/F10 or Ctrl V), some of the F keys would not change. For example, Insert would send the station's call (F5) at blazing speed even if I had Ctrl V set to 32 WPM. After 10 closed Friday night, I reloaded an older version (9.82) which worked fine. Trying to figure out if this was something specific to my computer or a more general problem with 9.92. 73, Bill W4ZV P.S. General note to all using latest cty.dat file: HL0KSJ is logged as Korea but should be S. Shetlands. VP8/LZ2UU is logged as Falklands but should also be S. Shetlands. I notified AD1C but you may want to check your multiplier totals after these changes. _______________________________________________ CT-User mailing list CT-User@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/ct-user CT on the web: http://www.k1ea.com/ |
