I updated the CT section files on the web site:

- FD.DAT, AR160.DAT - changed NWT to NT
- CQP.DAT updated - fixed VE multipliers
- Added NEQP.DAT and NEQPSTAT.DAT to .ZIP file
To install, just download the CT-DAT.ZIP file, and unzip it into either
your CT/CTWIN directory, or wherever your CTPATH environment variable points.
