9.89.003 seems to have broken counting dx multipliers in neqp for ne
stations. It is counting them on each band instead of once for the
whole contest the way 9.87 seems to do properly.
There also seems to be something wrong with so2r switching. If the
radio you have selected is in cw mode it is ok, but if it is in ssb the
logging line doesn't switch to the other radio when you cq with f1.
