Charlie,
It happened to me on 20M at NW4V (W4MYA) on about QSO #1105. The QSO #
changed to about 1093 (or close to that). I used the "setserial" command to
change the next number back to #1106.
At the time, it looked like the error could have been the difference between
"actual" QSOs and "total" QSOs (with dupes), but I was in a hurry to get
back to my 20 Q/hr rate -Hi!
