Yes, I think so.  Virtually all computers have a sound card, windows
already knows how to handle it.  The only think it lacks is a keying
line, and that is handled by ptt output on lpt or serial ports.  The
rigblaster interface boxes perform the function of the dvp cables and
allow you to control audio levels.  There is also much more that can be
done with the sound cards, like recording/compressing audio and doing
dsp processing on rx or tx audio.
