The CQWW version of Multi-2 has a unique parameter, which is 8 band changes
per hour - per rig. I don't know if WT4I can handle that. Anyone own the
WT4I tool that can comment?
In 9.81 and earlier, the CT command WRITELOG generates the Cabrillo format
file - in your case it would be named K4SB.LOG.
WRITEARRL was used to create the previous ARRL "standard" ASCII format which
is not Cabrillo format. Despite the files extension being the same, the
formats are not. CQWW has received numerous old .LOG format files created
from earlier versions of CT and other programs that did not support Cabrillo
format.
