Win XP, Dell 8200 Loaded CT Configured Batch file to run TSR...double checked and TSR is loading but = communication to the radio is not working. Using a I/O extender card, Radio on Com4 (E8E, 9600, N81, I17)=20 BTW the radio link is working in log windows! Any ideas?
