[ct-user] Trouble installing CT-WIN: WS2_32.DLL not found

Hello CT Users,

I have trouble installing CT for Win. I am using WIN95 and I installed 
CTWin using the installation software. I also copied the files from STD.zip 
into the CTWin directory. When I start CTWin I get the following error message:

DLL file not found: WS2_32.DLL

Has anybody experienced a similar problem?
