[ct-user] Carrillo File Format 9.65

Sent my F/NH7A file to the league. Then I noticed 9.65 does not generate
the correct Carrillo file format. CT=junk. Never, Never again will I use
this #*@# program. 
My call is not found in the file generated, which in the wisdom of the
Gods is necessary.
