Good point.  Guess all signals that arrive here in Colorado are 599 but, if
I ever heard a weaker one in a contest and had to give less than an 599, I'd
use the Notes feature of CT to record it.  But I agree, it would be nice for
the VHFers, that often use real RST's, to have a simpler way to record RST
sent that would flow directly into the Cabrillo log.
