[ct-user] .BIN file.

Hi all.
my name is Renzo and my ham call is IK4QJM, these few lines to ask you how
can I do with an .ALL file to create again a file .BIN. My CT version is 
the 9.37 .

I'm not a computer expert, so your help will be very much aprecciated.
