[ct-user] mult window errors for HI and AK

Same problem here.  I went back to the old ar10.dat file but that didn't
help.  Guess the problem is in CT.exe itself.

Using 9.53 with new dat files-
Worked Alaska and Hawaii, but AK and HI still appear unworked. In the QSO
line, it prints KH6 and KL7-
The points are right, but the mults are tallied as DXCC.
I checked the ar10.dat file but all looks fine- Any ideas?
