I checked the kkn web site but couldn't find anything regarding the basis for
naming the new file format, "Cabrillo".
I found several references on the web that lead back to Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo

Is the contest log file format named after him? If so, why?
Assuming it's named after Senor Juan, I suspect it's pronounced <KAH-BREE-YO>,
but BRILLO pads come to mind. :)
