[ct-user] CT 9.52 Cabrillo broken

CT 9.52 still has a few bugs in the Cabrillo files.

Although my entry category on the CT Information Sheet for SS is SO-LP,
this becomes 'CHECKLOG' in the Cabrillo file for Sweepstakes!

Also the Club line is truncated at 31 characters in the Cabrillo output.
