[ct-user] NETTSR !!

Thank you to Dave from the ZL6QH team as well - we have been using NETTSR
for over a year and it always works.

However I disagree that there is no packet driver support for 3com cards -
we have successfully used a 3com card with the packet drivers available from
www.crynwr.com
