CT9.50 with Kenwood TS870, 90 Mhz Dell Pentium, Windows 98.
I found the original problem with the com port. It was turned off in the
BIOS. Apparantly windows turned it on when active, then it reverted to off
when windows closed.
This resolved all other problems I reported except for the split frequency
command. When using the split frequency window, the mode is changed to LSB.
There may be some difference in the command string between TS850 and TS870.
I tried setting the radio to TS50, but then the split window changed the
mode to LSB but did not set up split mode!
