[ct-user] LPT Keying Cable? Problem

I'm running pure DOS with Windows 3.11 for the older demo Win-3.1 version 
of DX4WIN.  Ct is running in true DOS, not in a window.

I've tried two different computers so I know the LPT port is good.  What 
voltages should I see on the port, though?
