[ct-user] telnet to dx cluster??

I thought I saw a reference about using telnet to connect to a dx cluster
from within ct; I think K1TTT? I saw a program wintelnetx on that page but
will ct work from within windows? Is there an DOS application to do the same
thing? I have an ethernet connection to a DSL modem and would like to
connect to my packet cluster that way as my RF connection is rather flaky.
