I'm a new user to CT but it appears that CT ver 9.50 doesn't implement
the FL counties correctly - i.e. credits new multipliers for incorrect
states (i.e. ALC becomes AL) and doesn't credit the FL multiplier for FL
counties.  Again, Im new to CT but would appreciate comments and/or
confirmation.
