[ct-user] CAN'T CT/FT990 WORK

I have an FT 990 with the newer ROM ver.

Have the FIF-232 and cannot achieve rig control with CT 9.46 or any other 
version.

Have set the setup for the right com port, 4800 baud.  Notice the FT 990 book 
says 2 stop bits and CT only provides one.

I have also tried reversing the TXD/RXD leads with a null modem connector.  
Nothing.

What am I doing wrong?
