[ct-user] CW keying on LPT2

Anyone know why I cannot get CTWin946 to key the rig on LPT2.  To be honest
I haven't tried LPT1.  Regular CT has no problem keying on LPT2, just have
to load the TSR's.  Didn't see any TSR's for the Windoze version.
