Yes, if he can change the Hex address of the radio. It is this
address that programmers use to address several different radios.
Doing this would be defined in the radio manual. CT supports the
IC-737. The IC-736 is x'40', while the IC-737 is x'3C'. You would
then tell CT that you are using a IC-737.
