Doug's description is spot on. CTWIN is NOT a Windows/GUI program, it was
simply compiled using a 32-bit compiler which allows CT to be 'friendlier'
under Windows (isn't a resource hog). However, there is not yet support
for sending CW or keying the DVP, but I understand Ken is working on it.
