That may well be true, but the directory that CTPATH points to MUST have 
all the .DAT and .CTY files in it as well.  It's just as easy to have the 
CT program itself, all the TSRs and all the data files in the same 
directory, pointed to by CTPATH (and also in your PATH so the program and 
TSRs will run from any directory).  If you want a custom CT.CFG file in a 
different directory, then just create a separate directory for your new 
log, and put a copy of CT.CFG in that directory.  CT will choose this one 
first, instead of the one pointed to by CTPATH.
