[Just a note on the seperate grounds. I know for sure that the FT-1000D
will hum if you mix grounds
between aduio and PTT. ALSO, at least the versions I had of the Heil
AD1-Y were NOT correctly wired, they had the two grounds tied in the
adapter. I had to rewire them. Ric KV1W ]
